Your healthcare provider may recommend this vaccine to youearlier if you have specific risk factors. There are two different Pneumonia vaccines, so check with yourhealthcare provider to make sure you receive the correct doses for you.Do: Get a Tdap booster every 10 years. You probably got the child version of the vaccine called Dtap, but youwill need a booster to continue to protect against diphtheria, tetanus and whooping cough.Do: Talk to your healthcare provider about the Hepatitis A and B vaccines. These are both given after the ageof 50 if you have certain risk factors.Do: Ask your healthcare provider about any other vaccines that are recommended. Every year more vaccinesare developed that might be appropriate for you and your lifestyle.Do Not: Skip getting your vaccines, even if you feel good.
