Qué es la Deshidratación

La deshidratación ocurre cuando tu cuerpo pierde más líquido del que recibe. Pierdes líquido al sudar, vomitar y al ir al baño. Nuestros cuerpos necesitan agua y otros líquidos para funcionar adecuadamente. La deshidratación puede provocar síntomas muy severos si no es tratada. Es importante que te mantengas hidratado, bebiendo bastante agua durante el día.
